Hadrien Leclerc

Hadrien Leclerc is an experienced data officer at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) since July 2022 and also serves as a teaching assistant at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Prior roles include project lead for digital transformation at the Direction générale du Trésor and head of the monetary and financial situation section at Insee. Hadrien has notable experience as a research analyst and statistician trainee at the European Central Bank and France Strategie, respectively.
