James Monaghan

James Monaghan is currently a Seconded National Expert at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Prior to this, James held various roles at the Central Bank of Ireland, including Conduct Risk Analysis Manager and Senior Supervisor in Market Conduct Risk. James also worked as an Investment Analyst and Senior Investment Dealer at Davy. James holds a QFA degree in Finance, an M.Sc in European Public Policy, and a BA in Accounting and Finance.
