Lena Bayer

Lena Bayer has held various positions in communications, marketing, and IT management throughout their career. They completed internships at Linde, BMW Group, and Allianz before becoming a Working Student in data management at the Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung. Lena worked as an IT-Service Continuity Manager at DATEV eG from 2020 to 2023 and now serves as a Consultant focused on Risk & Compliance at Horváth. They are currently an ICT Oversight Expert at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Lena holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Information Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
