Roberta D'Apice

Roberta D'Apice is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Legal Affairs at Assogestioni since February 1999. In addition, Roberta has been a member of the Common Working Group of the Investor Protection and Intermediaries Standing Committee at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) since April 2022 and previously contributed to the Investment Management Standing Committee from 2015 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Roberta worked as a consultant at Simmons & Simmons, Studio Professor Floriano d'Alessandro, and Carnelutti Law Firm between 1994 and 1999. Roberta holds a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Sapienza Università di Roma (1995-1997) and a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from the same university (1990-1994).
