El Salón, is a unique cocktail bar that serves only proprietary blends of spirits. Bar Pintxo is a casual Spanish-style tapas and pintxo bar, and The Roof, is a restaurant and bar, alongside the pool deck and cabanas, that serves all day and late in the evening.
