Karoline S. currently serves as Lead Learning Designer at ESMT Berlin since November 2024. Prior to this role, Karoline held various positions at Babbel (Lesson Nine GmbH) from September 2012 to July 2024, including Team Lead for Practice & Apply / Learning Content and Team Lead for Didactics, overseeing Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, and Russian language teams. Karoline's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Content Project Manager at Babbel, as well as teaching positions at HafenCity Universität Hamburg, Kiel University, and Universität Hamburg. Karoline's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Language Teaching Research from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Scandinavian Studies and Instructional Design from the University of Freiburg.
