Matt Bothner is a Full Professor and Deutsche Telekom Chair in Leadership and HR Development at the European School of Management and Technology, a position held since 2011. Previously, they served as an Associate Professor of Organizations and Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2004 to 2010. Matt is currently pursuing further education at Columbia University.
