Richard Koelman

Richard Koelman is the Directeur and owner of INCO B.V., where they have transformed the company from a plumbing service to a high-tech total installation provider since 2009. With a focus on sustainability and innovative solutions, INCO has evolved to meet the future needs of its clients. Prior to their current role, Richard held management positions, including serving as bedrijfsleider at Verkaart Groep from 2001 to 2009 and as werkvoorbereider at Kropman Installatietechniek from 1997 to 2001. Richard studied engineering at the Hogere Technische School Alkmaar and business at the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Amsterdam. Currently, Richard also serves on the board of ESNW since 2018.
