Michael Sloth

Michael Sloth’s work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. Michael started their career as a Project Manager at TDC Mobil and later worked as an IT Manager at FMTS. Michael then joined UpDater as a Project Manager before becoming the Head of Project Management (PMO) at Come and Stay, where they successfully grew the development team and expanded the internet systems across multiple countries.

In 2012, Michael became the Head of Project Management at Kofoed & Co, where they implemented Scrum methodology and improved internal resource management. Michael also introduced new products and projects, leading to streamlining of operations and higher profitability.

From 2015 to 2017, Michael worked as the CIO/Head of Projects at Intelligent Banker, where they introduced AI technology to improve efficiency and decision-making in the financial industry. Michael'sresponsibilities included identifying areas for AI implementation and evaluating potential solutions.

After their role at Intelligent Banker, Michael served as a Board Member at Technology Denmark, focusing on technology development in Denmark. Michael then became the Founder of Yoing.io, a company dedicated to building medical services empowered by AI for pre-diagnostics and healthcare improvement.

Michael’s most recent role is the Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Esoft, where they aim to drive technology-driven innovation and integrate cutting-edge solutions into the company's systems. Michael focuses on IoT and the newest deep neural models. Prior to this, they held the position of Group CIO at Esoft, leading the development of innovative technologies with a focus on AI.

In addition to their professional experiences, Michael also owned and operated stanmiro.dk, providing IT consulting, online solutions, and customized IT services.

Michael Sloth has a diverse educational background. In 1990, they began their studies at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they pursued a Dipl. degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1995. Continuing their education at the same institution, they obtained a Master's degree in IT from 2000 to 2003. In 2013, Michael Sloth attended Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser, where they pursued a course in Organizational psychology (Erhvervs Psykologi) for one year. In 2017, they enrolled at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark again, this time undertaking studies in Strategic - HR, which they completed in 2018. Later that same year, they attended Designskolen Kolding for a brief period, completing a course in Design Thinking with a focus on Innovation.
