Van Dang

Van Dang has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at FPT Corporation, where they controlled the quality, process, performance, and objectives of software projects for Japanese customers. Van also supported the project manager in manpower control and checked compliance for ISO 9001:2008 and CMMi level 5.

In 2012, Van became a Production Control staff at Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. Van'sresponsibilities included controlling material orders with suppliers and ensuring sufficient parts for assembling printers by managing molding die capacity. Van also made plans for additional dies or cycle time reduction to increase output.

From 2013 to 2015, Van worked as a Production Planner at Microsoft Mobile Vietnam. Van closely collaborated with buyers to ensure timely part arrival for factory operations. Van issued plans for board and final assembly based on capacity and purchasing orders. Additionally, Van cooperated with various departments and collected data to analyze the current situation and predict trends.

Starting in 2015, Van became a Production Planning Superintendent at Nui Phao - H.C. Starck Tungsten Chemicals Manufacturing LLC. Van remained in this role until 2023.

In 2018, Van joined Masan High-Tech Materials as a Production Planning & Quality Assurance Superintendent. Van was responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, scheduling, and controlling execution in production. Van also coordinated between sales/marketing and operations to achieve production targets.

Most recently, in 2022, Van joined Esoft as a Data & Planning Manager. Van'smain focus is to coordinate with various teams for annual budget and monthly forecast planning. Van also allocates order cadence and monitors production capacity versus execution, advising necessary changes to meet delivery deadlines in a cost-effective manner.

Van Dang pursued their education from 2016 to 2020 at Hanoi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of English Language degree with a specialization in English Language.
