J Java is a strategic communications and growth leader with 25 years of experience in building brands and driving enrollment within international education ecosystems. Over the past decade, they have led marketing and communications for a global network of schools across the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Hong Kong, overseeing rebrands and digital transformation initiatives. Currently, J serves as the Director of Communications at Esol Education, following a promotion from Communications Manager. They also have a robust background in EdTech and SaaS adoption, focusing on bridging the gap between product and user experience. J holds a BSc from Rutgers University - Newark.
