Eric Emery is currently the Responsable des services Recouvrement et Gestion des Comptes at ESPACIL, managing the collection services for a portfolio of 27,600 social housing units. With over 25 years of experience in transitional management and operational service direction in both public and private sectors, they have previously held roles such as Directeur de la gestion locative et de l'action commerciale at Le Mans Métropole Habitat and Attaché de Direction at the CCI du Mans et de la Sarthe. Eric has enhanced their expertise through an Executive MBA in strategic management, achieved in 2015, along with a Master 2 in management and business administration from the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
