Ashley Cobb

Ashley Cobb has extensive work experience in the field of Salesforce administration and development. Ashley most recently worked at Esper as a Senior Salesforce Developer starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Tacoma Housing Authority as a Salesforce Administrator from December 2018 to November 2021, where they oversaw the upgrade of the Salesforce system, implemented HUD policy changes, and created custom solutions for rent calculations.

Before joining Tacoma Housing Authority, Ashley worked at Bizible as a Sales Operations Administrator from December 2016 to December 2018. During their time there, they built and maintained a custom commissions solution, developed an account-based marketing solution, and handled the reconfiguration of the opportunity structure for a billing system integration. Ashley also integrated and maintained third-party addons within Salesforce.

Ashley also worked at Capstone Technology Resources as a Salesforce Consultant from May 2016 to December 2016, where they built business processes and security settings into Salesforce, created reports and dashboards, and trained sales representatives and managers on the new business processes.

Prior to Capstone, they were employed at Advicent Solutions, where they held multiple roles. Ashley served as a Salesforce.com Administrator from February 2016 to December 2016, where they provided system administration for Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, Netsuite OpenAir, and InsideSales.com. Before that, they worked as a Sales Operations Analyst from September 2015 to February 2016, providing system administration for Oracle BigMachines CPQ, Netsuite OpenAir, and InsideSales.com. Ashley also held the role of Sales Operations Specialist from March 2015 to September 2015, where they provided system training to various internal teams and administered Salesforce, Oracle BigMachines CPQ, and InsideSales.com.

Ashley Cobb completed their Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Psychology, and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they attended from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Oak Creek High School, where they completed their general education in 2008. Additionally, Ashley has obtained several certifications related to Salesforce and SteelBrick. Ashley became a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) in February 2021, a Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I in June 2017, and a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in February 2016. Ashley also obtained a Steelbrick Certified Administrator certification in February 2016.
