Bala Narayan

Head of Channel Sales, APAC at Esper

Bala Narayan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at RSM India as an Internal Audit - Risk Advisory, where they focused on risk advisory, internal audit, and process re-engineering for publicly listed and privately held companies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they were an Audit Executive - Risk Advisory at RGN Price & Co, where they led teams on internal audit assignments and conducted due diligence reviews. Then, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at 7EDGE as an Inside Sales Specialist and Market Research Analyst. In 2020, they joined Esper as an SDR and later took on roles as Team Lead - Business Development, Manager - Sales Development - APAC, and currently as the Head of Channel Sales - APAC. In 2021, they also became a Member at Pavilion.

Bala Narayan completed a Master's in Global Marketing Management at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore from 2016 to 2017. Bala'seducation also includes studying Accounting at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2012 to 2015. Bala holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mulund College of Commerce, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. Bala Narayan also obtained certifications in various fields, including "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales Training in May 2021, "Sales Enablement Certified" from HubSpot in March 2019, and "Conversational Sales Certified" from Drift in February 2020. Moreover, they have additional certifications in Business Analytics from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), although the details of their completion are not provided.
