Chris Stirrat

VP of Products at Esper

Chris Stirrat has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chris started their career as a Software Developer at EDS and Motorola Canada in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Chris then transitioned to FileNet, where they served as a Lead Software Developer. In 1996, they joined Microsoft and spent over 16 years in various roles, including Lead Program Manager and Product Unit Manager, focusing on emerging technologies and launching new product offerings.

In 2012, Chris was recruited by Caradigm as the Vice President of Population Health Analytics, where they provided leadership and change management during the company's transformation into a single-focused organization. Chris then worked as a Senior Consultant at Russell Investments, driving integration strategy and projects during the company's merger with the London Stock Exchange Group.
