Lajari P.

Lajari P. has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Lajari began their career as a QA Engineer at Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked from June 2013 to November 2014. Following that, they joined Techindiana Pvt Ltd as a QA Engineer and Delivery Management, where they contributed to projects such as Truck Bhejo and HOP, gathering business requirements, creating test cases, and developing prototypes. In 2015, Lajari joined HashCube as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and later in 2017, they became a Program Manager at JIO Haptik Digital Services, where they directed and coordinated program activities, managed team members, and oversaw program schedules. Currently, Lajari is employed at Esper, initially as a Senior Technical Program Manager from February 2021, and currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager.

Lajari P. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology at N.D.M.V.P KBT College of Engineering, affiliated with Pune University, from 2012 to 2013.
