Sucharitha'searly career includes a role as a Consultant in the Business Object Services Group at Wells Fargo Bank from 1996 to 2000, where they developed various enterprise applications and security systems. Sucharitha began their career as a software engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in India from 1994 to 1996.

Sucharitha Chapparam pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Hyderabad, where they obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics. Sucharitha attended the University of Hyderabad from 1991 to 1993. In 2010, Sucharitha Chapparam pursued further education by completing a Certificate program in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Business Essentials.
