Dilya Joseph

Dilya Baz is a Business Development Manager at Esper, where responsibilities include enabling developers and companies to focus on applications rather than device infrastructure since September 2021. Dilya has progressed through roles from Senior Inbound SDR to SDR within the same organization. Involvement with the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals and Us In Technology as a member since 2023 and 2021 respectively focuses on enhancing knowledge in the SaaS industry and strategizing client outreach for sales. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Inji Design, managing client communications and marketing efforts, and as a Visual Merchandiser for Seiko Corporation of America, specializing in visual merchandising and associate training. Dilya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the University of Washington and has pursued further education at General Assembly and The Art Institutes.
