Eliav Decter

Eliav Decter possesses extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and grant management, with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Notable positions include Assistant to the Vice President at The Americas Society, Grants Program Associate at The Shefa Fund, and Senior Grants Manager at Philabundance, where contributions were significantly increased. Eliav served as Grants Manager and later Director of Institutional Support at Nueva Esperanza Inc., leading fundraising efforts for a large family of social service organizations. Additional roles include Director of Development at Urban Tree Connection and Development Manager at the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians. Eliav began a career in development at the Children’s Literacy Initiative and worked as a Program Analyst for the Nonprofit Finance Fund. Eliav holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University and has studied abroad in Spain.
