Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar has gained extensive work experience in the field of software testing. Rohit began their career at SOFGEN as a Software Test Engineer, where they were responsible for preparing and executing test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements. Rohit also developed positive and negative scenarios and reported bugs. After that, they worked as a Test Engineer at VizExperts, where they contributed to test case designing, execution, bug logging and tracking, and test environment setup. Rohit also created automated test cases using Selenium and QTP. Rohit then joined FabFurnish.com as a Sr. QA Analyst, where they focused on understanding requirements specifications, preparing and executing test scripts using Selenium, and developing new scripts for regression and sanity testing. Rohit also contributed to framework development, verified automated test results, and logged defects. After that, they worked as a Lead Test Engineer at Mobikasa, leading the testing efforts of the team. Currently, they are working at Espire Infolabs, where they have held various roles, including Sr. Consultant, Test Lead, and currently Associate Test Manager.

Rohit Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Amity School of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Rohit also obtained certification in the field of software testing. In 2014, they received the ISEB certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
