Ryan Hittinger has a diverse range of work experience in several different roles and industries. Ryan started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Alcoa, where they provided maintenance and reliability support for the Digestion department of the company's Pt. Comfort refinery. Ryan was involved in developing alternative solutions to routing pipe for HEC condensate lines and maintaining the Lime-Slaking system.

After their internship, Ryan worked at Willbros Engineers, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and later as a Mechanical Estimator. In these roles, they gained experience in project acquisition, bid development, on-screen takeoff, client coordination, contract clarification, and project cost estimation. Ryan also developed skills related to various Estimating software.

Ryan then joined ESPIRE SERVICES, L.L.C. as a Program Analyst. In this role, they facilitated the development and international deployment of a Global Management Software Program for the Department of State. Ryan'sprimary responsibilities included training and performing user acceptance testing on updated components of the software.

Throughout their career, Ryan also had professional experience at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where they worked as a Residential Advisor and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
