Daniela Penafiel

Daniela Penafiel has extensive experience in nutrition education, with roles at Columbia University, ESPOL, and Ghent University. Daniela has worked as a PhD researcher and MSc student at Ghent University, specializing in Human Nutrition. Penafiel also serves as the Coördinator of International Master in Rural Development at ESPOL.
