Darcy Cramer

Darcy Cramer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Most recently, Darcy worked as a Customer Success Manager at Espresa starting in November 2021. Prior to that, Darcy served as a Human Resources Specialist at LGTC Group from April 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle and successfully implemented a new HRIS system.

From 2012 to 2020, Darcy worked at Palantir Technologies in different roles within the HR team. They served as a Global Wellness Program Manager from January 2018 to October 2020, where they developed metrics, collaborated with stakeholders, and coordinated on-site services for employees. Additionally, Darcy held the position of Operations Coordinator from March 2015 to December 2017, organizing corporate events and managing vendor relationships. They started their journey at Palantir as a Team Assistant from October 2012 to February 2015, where they implemented procedures and managed internal communications.

Before joining Palantir, Darcy worked as a Training General Manager at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery from February 2010 to September 2012. They successfully managed staff and operations at a flagship store, achieving revenue and profitability goals.
