Isabelle Dellaert

Isabelle Dellaert has extensive experience in visual merchandising, having worked at Esprit since September 1999, where current responsibilities include overseeing a team of 15 within the BNL Retail & Wholesale Visual Merchandising department. Isabelle manages showrooms in Antwerp and Amsterdam, as well as a large number of retail locations, including 40 retail stores, 140 PSS stores, and 60 SIS corners. Previously, Isabelle held positions as Manager Visual Merchandiser for BNL, where similar responsibilities were carried out. Earlier in the career, Isabelle was the Retail Store Manager in Antwerp, a pilot store for training new retail staff across Belgium, France, and the UK. Before joining Esprit, Isabelle worked at Claudia Strater as a Store Manager and Start-Up Manager for Luxembourg. Isabelle Dellaert holds a Licentiate degree in Archaeology and Contemporary Art from the University of Ghent, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
