Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick O'Donnell is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on Commercial Real Estate lending. Currently serving as Vice President of CRE Lending at Esquire Bank since July 2017, Patrick is responsible for originating and underwriting new commercial real estate loans and managing a substantial CRE loan portfolio. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions including Mortgage Loan Originator at PowerHouse Solutions, Inc., and Assistant Vice President at Suffolk County National Bank, where responsibilities included managing multifamily portfolios and coordinating loan closings. Patrick's career also includes underwriting experience at NYCB, along with a solid academic foundation featuring a BS in Finance from St. John's University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
