Jonathan Lim

Jonathan Lim serves as the Group Head of IT at ESR, a role assumed in February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing information systems and technology, driving IT growth strategies, and leading technology integration across the group. Prior to ESR, Jonathan held several significant positions in the logistics and IT sectors, including Senior Director of Regional IT Services and Director of Regional IT Services at DSV, and Regional Head of IT for Asia Pacific at Panalpina Asia Pacific Management, where a focus was placed on enhancing regional growth and customer relations. Jonathan has also contributed to prominent roles at CEVA Logistics and DB Schenker, where leadership included the development of IT solutions, management of strategic accounts, and establishment of global standards for implementation. Armed with executive education from NUS Business School in 2022, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT leadership and strategic project execution across various organizations.
