Grant Munro

Grant Munro is the Managing Director at Munro Advanced Engineering, where they specialize in mechanical engineering, focusing on tribological systems for high-performance spacecraft mechanisms. With extensive experience in project management, bidding, and consultancy, Grant has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects, innovating solutions for demanding space environments. They have actively contributed to numerous significant space missions, including the James Webb Space Telescope and Solar Dynamics Observatory, and have implemented company-wide processes to enhance collaboration and R&D funding. Grant holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and was previously employed in various engineering roles at STFC and ESR Technology.
