Tim Welch has a strong and diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tim started their career in sales and marketing at Scottish and Newcastle in 1992, where they served as Sales Operations Director. Tim then moved to Revlon International Corporation in 1996, working as the Sales & Marketing Director for the UK and Ireland. In 1999, they joined Premier Farnell as Managing Director, responsible for Western Europe. Afterward, they held directorial positions at Chubb Fire & Security, Connaught PLC, UTC Fire & Security, and United Technologies. In 2012, Tim took on various consultancy and advisory roles before joining Quadrant Security Group as Sales & Marketing Director (Interim). Tim later worked at Esri UK, first as Practice Leader in the private sector, then as General Manager - Commercial, and currently serves as the General Manager/Sales Director.

Tim Welch attended Barnard Castle School from 1980 to 1982. Tim then went on to pursue an MBA at Henley Business School from 1995 to 1999. In 2005, Tim enrolled in the Emerging Leadership Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they focused on International Strategy and Leadership.
