Andrew Haglund

Andrew Haglund is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Esri since November 2021, Andrew provides strategic guidance to educational institutions on leveraging geospatial technologies. Previously, as an Account Manager for a leading e-bicycle brand, Andrew established a customer service team that thrived during a significant growth period. At Loma Linda University, Andrew held multiple roles including Executive Director of Enrollment & Marketing, where enrollment numbers were strategically increased amidst national declines, and Assistant Professor, teaching courses in Geographic Information Systems. Andrew's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, both from the University of Redlands.
