Cesar Barrera, MPH is currently a Doctoral Student at Claremont Graduate University since April 2024. Barrera has extensive experience as an ArcGIS Enterprise Analyst and ArcGIS Analyst at Esri from June 2021 to the present. Prior to this, Barrera served in various capacities including EMT-B, Field Training Officer, Instructor, and member of the Disaster Response Team at American Medical Response from November 2003 to June 2021. Barrera holds a Master of Public Health specializing in Public Health Education and Promotion from Loma Linda University (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Redlands (2012-2015).
