Currently, they serve as the Head of Community at Esri, leading a 340,000-member GIS customer community while developing strategic frameworks and initiatives that integrate community into business operations. Chris speaks at various conferences and workshops, empowering organizations to leverage community as a strategic asset. They are also the founder of Community Professionals of Los Angeles and host the Live Fix Podcast, exploring the impact of live music on community experiences. Chris is pursuing an MBA at the University of Redlands.
