Clay Starr

Clay Starr is an accomplished professional in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector with extensive experience in leveraging geographic information systems (GIS) to enhance workflows and decision-making. As the AEC Key Accounts Team Lead at Esri since November 2021, Clay drives team growth strategies and fosters customer engagement in the evolving AEC landscape. Previously, Clay held notable roles, including Architecture, Urban Design & Planning Lead and Senior Account Manager for AEC Key Accounts at Esri. Prior to this, Clay served as Director of Engineering Applications at Arcadis, overseeing engineering technology solutions, and as Associate Vice President and Design Technology Manager at RTKL, where responsibilities included the implementation of design technology and enhancement of collaborative workflows. Clay holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Texas A&M University and has furthered education at Vlerick Business School.
