They have held positions such as Exploration Manager and Principal Project Manager, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to project lifecycles and delivery. Ed has significant expertise in Operational Risk, Governance, Compliance, and change management, alongside a proven ability to mentor multicultural teams. They pursued advanced education, earning an MSc in Mining Geology and another in Geographical Information Science with Distinction. Currently, Ed serves as an Exploration Manager at BHP, focusing on integration efforts following the acquisition of OZ Minerals.
