Frank Baxter

Frank Baxter is a Regional Manager for State and Local Government with a background in GIS management and regional oversight. They began their career as a GIS Manager at the City of Overland Park from 1985 to 1994 and later worked at Esri from 1998 to 2003, where they held several roles, including Regional Manager and Team Lead for Local Government in the Midwest. Baxter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Geography from the University of Kansas, and they are currently pursuing further education at the University of Arkansas.
