Fred A Souza

Fred A Souza, PMP, GISP, is a Water Utilities professional and Project Manager with expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), IT, and utilities operations management. They completed significant projects involving systems development and integration, mobile workforce deployment, and strategic technology planning. Fred previously served as the GIS Coordinator for the Town of Little Elm and as the Water Utilities Project Coordinator and GIS Analyst with the City of Garland. Currently, Fred is the Water Practice Lead and Principal Consultant at Esri. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas.
