Jeff Harris is an accomplished professional in the geospatial industry with extensive experience in leadership and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Manager of Professional Services at ESRI since July 2004, Jeff has a proven track record in developing and supporting innovative products and services. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Harris Consultants, where expertise in product management and information strategy was delivered to clients, and Vice President at Maptuit, focusing on content development for vehicle routing services. Jeff also served as Director of Geospatial Product Development at Rand McNally & Co., transforming product processes into a digital environment and leading the creation of a nationwide geospatial database. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Vermont and a BA in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
