Jian Chong

Jian Chong is a seasoned content developer currently serving at Esri since February 2023, following a role in the same position at Esri Malaysia. Prior experience includes a production assistant position at In Bloom Productions Sdn Bhd, where Jian was involved in television commercial production and talent management. Jian also worked as a videographer and content creator at Ikonik Eye Specialist Centre, producing patient testimonials and serving as an emcee for online seminars. Additional roles include media content and production assistant at Creativize Sdn Bhd and customer service executive at Secure Parking Corporation Sdn Bhd. Jian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and has foundational experience as an intern at Ferris Music and as a membership consultant at Celebrity Fitness Malaysia.
