Joe Eckmann has extensive experience in account management and geographic information systems, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Esri since March 1992. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an Apportionment Project Specialist at the Missouri Office of Administration from 1990 to 1992. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Geography and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with education completed between 1983 and 1990.
