Joel Powell

Joel Powell is an experienced professional in human resources and business development, currently serving as an International Business Development Recruiter at Esri since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Executive Team Leader Human Resources at Target from November 2017 to November 2021. Joel also contributed as a Human Resources Team Lead at California Baptist University from October 2013 to June 2017 and served as a Game Manager during that time. Academically, Joel holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from California Baptist University.
