Jonathan Quinn is an Information Technology and Services professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems. They worked as a GIS Technician for the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection from 2010 to 2011, where they created public maps and developed Python scripts to automate workflows. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Product Engineer at Esri, leading high availability and disaster recovery projects for ArcGIS. Since 2023, they have held the position of Principal Product Engineer at Esri. In addition to their technical roles, Jonathan taught an introductory course in Python and geoprocessing at the University of Redlands from 2019 to 2022. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Trinity College-Hartford and a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Redlands.
