Julia Bell

Julia Bell is a Senior Solution Engineer at Esri, with a focus on supporting Defense Readiness and Defense Operations (C4ISR) customers since August 2019. In this role, Julia helps sell and implement Esri software and defines platform strategies that align with the company's offerings. Prior experience includes roles as GIS Workshop Program Manager and Geospatial Project Coordinator at the University of Maryland, where Julia supported GIS users and led workshops on related topics. Julia’s background also features internships at Esri and the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), alongside research assistant positions at the Earth System Science Interdisciplinary Center and the First-Year Innovative Research Experience at the University of Maryland. Julia holds a Master of Science in Geographical Sciences and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Policy and GIS and Computer Cartography from the University of Maryland.
