Kathleen E. Clancy

Regional Practice Lead For State And Local Government

Kathleen E. Clancy, MS, currently serves as an Advantage Program Advisor at Esri, focusing on project management and consultation for State and Local Government accounts since November 2018. Previously, Kathleen was a Solution Engineer supporting State and Local Governments in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mississippi region. Kathleen gained valuable experience as a Natural Resources Management GIS Specialist Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Mexico, where strategic planning and training were key responsibilities. Prior roles include serving as an Associate Research Scientist at Walt Disney World’s Animals, Science, and Environment Team, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the College of Charleston, working on various GIS-based projects. Kathleen also held internships in waste education with the City of Charleston and researched shorebird behavior with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the College of Charleston and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Bioenvironmental Science from Texas A&M University.
