KC Shearer possesses extensive experience in sales operations, event management, and business development, currently serving as Sr. Manager in Sales Operations & Enablement at Esri since October 2007. Prior roles at Esri include Sr. Business Manager for Global Business Development and various managers of user conferences and events. With a background in managing significant events and trade shows, KC previously worked as Special Events Manager at the Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau, overseeing extensive event arrangements and client communications. Early career experience includes contributing to project development special events at Disneyland Resort, coordinating celebrity participation for grand openings. KC holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BA in Communications from Chapman University.
