Lucy Castro

Lucy Castro is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in inside sales and customer service, currently serving as Sales Manager at Esri since May 2017. In this role, Lucy supports the leadership team in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with marketing to optimize lead processes. Previous positions include Team Lead in the Inside Sales department and Inside Sales Representative at Esri, as well as roles in financial services with JPMorgan Chase and LionsGate Financial Network.
