Mike Cox

Mike Cox is a nationally recognized leader in fire, rescue, and emergency medical services, boasting over 25 years of public safety experience. Currently, they serve as the Director of Fire, Rescue, & EMS Solutions at Esri, where they advocate for the integration of geospatial information and technology in emergency response. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles within the Henrico County Division of Fire, including Chief of Community Risk Reduction and Chief of Administration, where they focused on emergency management, public education, and organizational operations. They hold degrees in Human Resources Management and Fire Science.
