Pat Hohl, PE, currently serves as the Director of Electric Industry Solutions at Esri since December 2017, focusing on innovative technology solutions for electric utilities. In addition, Pat is an Adjunct Professor at California Baptist University, teaching technical and leadership courses in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. As an independent consultant and management coach through Hohl Consulting, Pat leverages expertise in engineering, construction, and utility business processes. From April 1990 to December 2016, Pat held various leadership roles at the City of Riverside, culminating as Assistant General Manager of Energy Delivery, where responsibilities included managing a $35M budget, developing a strategic plan for transforming utility operations, and initiating significant projects such as a city-wide LED streetlight upgrade. Pat’s professional background includes prior positions at UC Riverside Extension as an instructor in GIS and at PECO Energy as a District Engineer, complemented by a BSEE in Power Systems from Drexel University and ongoing executive business education at UC Riverside.
