Patrick Cowan is a seasoned professional in GIS and remote sensing with significant experience in product engineering and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Esri since June 2023, Patrick previously held roles as a System and Database Analyst and GIS Administrator for the City of Bangor, Maine, where responsibilities included managing the deployment and maintenance of the city’s GIS system.
