Randall E. Billy

Randall E. Billy currently serves as the Director for the Global National Government Sector at Esri, a position held since December 2018, where responsibilities include leading the National Mapping Sales Team and engaging with the global geospatial authority community. Prior experience includes advisory roles and leadership positions at various technology and defense firms such as Vindicator ID, Inc., MarkLogic, Voyager Search, Exelis, and Systematic U.S., alongside significant contributions to ESRI in both managerial and sales capacities. Randall's career began in the US Navy, where duties included coordinating software releases for the Naval Tactical Environmental System and serving as a Command Duty Officer. Education includes a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from the University of Notre Dame.
