Rex Hansen

Rex Hansen is a seasoned professional in the field of application development, currently serving as Principal Product Manager for ArcGIS Maps SDKs for Native Apps and Game Engines at Esri since May 1997. With extensive experience in managing and promoting Esri's products, Rex has held various roles including Product Manager for ArcGIS Runtime SDKs and Product Engineer Lead for Microsoft Platforms, where efforts focused on engineering for .NET and Microsoft technologies. Rex began his career as a GIS Analyst at the Drachman Institute and also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Redlands. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Geography with a focus on GIS and Geostatistics, and a B.A. in Geography, Math, and Physics from the University of Arizona.
