Richard Hall

Richard Hall is a seasoned PMO leader and Program/Project Manager with a background in geographic information systems. Currently serving as a Sr Project Manager at Esri, Richard has previously held significant roles, including Senior Project Manager at AT&T and AVP of Program Management at Gesa Credit Union, where they implemented and oversaw the organization’s enterprise project management office. Richard also built out a PMO from the ground up at Inspirus Credit Union and managed key program initiatives at the Defense Information Systems Agency and Copper River IT. They hold an MBA in Network and Communication Management and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management.
